Elizabeth Marcello
Elizabeth M. Marcello is a PhD Candidate in urban planning at Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP) where she is currently writing her dissertation on the politics of public authorities. Prior to starting her PhD, Elizabeth worked on regional governance and participatory planning in Nairobi, Kenya and also more locally, lobbying for greater government transparency in New York State. Elizabeth completed her MIA from Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in 2010 with a concentration in urban policy.
